What is TRX 40/40 Challenge?
TRX 40/40 Challenge is a combination of two TRX exercises that are used to measure upper body and core strength: the TRX Atomic Push-up and the TRX Low Row. The Atomic Push-up is designed to increase upper body strength and the Low Row is designed to increase core strength.
By combining both exercises above, the challenge can measure a person’s overall strength in both areas.
What Is TRX Training?
TRX training uses a strap that is hung in half from a ceiling, with loops on either end for hands or feet. This simple piece of kit might not seem like much, but after a few minutes, you’ll be feeling the burn. Fitness clubs all over the country now offer TRX classes, a form of equipment that has been in use for some time. If you’ve never tried TRX before, classes are a great way to get started.
