This routine originally came from Sahil Bloom.

It consists of:

• 5 push-ups
• 5 squats
• 5 lunges
• 30-second plank

Do it, as soon as you get out of bed, do it. This will give you a natural energy boost and jumpstart your metabolism.

Strengthen your upper body with push-ups

Push-ups are one of the most basic bodyweight exercises that target the chest, shoulders, and triceps. This upper body workout enhances muscular endurance and strength.
